Barista and Baker Carol Holisz is a fabulous baker with a large repertoire of cakes.

Running from a smart Mercedes Sprinter van, Procaffeinate Mobile Tea, Coffee and Cake Bar brings great barista coffee, speciality tea and homemade, handmade cake straight to your office, event, wedding or party.

Needing little more than a small space for our specially converted, modern van, we can conjure up some superb, barista quality coffee or tea, served with sides of homemade cakes or biscuits, using the best of Perthshire and Scottish produce.

We've got a long history of organising events and weddings, so are the perfect addition to any such occasion. Well organised, infinitely reliable, and great in a crisis, you can rely on us to provide whatever delicious drinks and cakes that you would like to offer your guests and visitors.

We have a fabulous list of tried and tested cakes and traybakes that we can produce for any occasion.  We can also do cold filled rolls, hot soup or chilli on request.  Let us know what fits your theme, or budget.

Our Philosophy:

We are huge promoters of all things Scottish, and everything Perthshire.  We strive to use the best in local and national produce, to help local businesses thrive.  We are proud to pay a little bit more for delicious Scottish milk.  We use beans from super cool Perth Bean Shop, and have a lovely range of black, herbal and fruit teas.  We make all our own tea and coffee sweet sides from well honed family recipes scoffed at hundreds of birthday parties and special occasions.  We really love our cake!
